    Thanks for the update on the market, Mr. Moffitt. I’ll be sure to pass the good news on. Question: I have friends and family who were happy to see that the inventory has gone down and sales have increased, but they’re still concerned about home prices. What do you and the other experts think is going to happen in 2012. Might we see an increase in home values?
